Planetary Orbit Simulator

This orbit simulator is based on the Newtonian gravitational law between a fixed massive star and a planet orbiting around it. The equation has been discretised with a time step of 24 hours.

This is a planar planetary system simulator, designed in Javascript using the finite difference method FDM. You can provide the initial velocity of a planet at an initial distance of 149E+9 m. Additionally, you can select the mass of the star (4 options available). The available initial velocity range is between 10,000m/s to 40,000m/s
